Refund Policy

Every download includes Zipgeist Pro for 7 days, so you can try everything before you buy. If Zipgeist still isn’t right for you after buying, you can have your money back.

30 days, no questions asked

Within 30 days of your purchase, we refund a Zipgeist Pro or Zipgeist Forever licence in full, for any reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@zipgeist.app with the email address you bought Zipgeist with, or request it directly from Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The licence is turned off on every Mac the next time Zipgeist checks it (usually within a day), and Zipgeist goes back to its free features: it keeps opening archives up to 1 GB as folders and extracting archives of any size.

After 30 days

Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion. This doesn’t affect any rights you have by law.
